

Our Veal Breast Pocket Bone In is an epicurean delight! While this large cut may seem intimidating, we can assure you it is beyond simple to prepare. Typically stuffed and roasted, the Veal Breast Pocket is an incredibly moist, light, and delicious centerpiece for your holiday dinner. Unlike our "boneless" version, this "bone in" version adds some options. Leaving the bones on during the cooking process helps to keep moisture in and lock in flavor, but they can be removed (before or after) and used for a stock to give you added value!
