Ingredients

10 Prairie Street Bone-In Chicken Thighs
3 tangerines or tangelos, freshly juiced (about 3/4 cup)
1 lime, freshly juiced
1 lemon, freshly juiced
Β½ cup mint, cilantro or oregano, chopped
Β½ cup parsley, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 jalapeΓ±o pepper, chopped
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Β½ tablespoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Let's Get Cooking!

1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large bowl or pulse in a food processor.
2. Add chicken thighs, toss to coat, cover, and refrigerate for 1–6 hours.
3. Preheat grill for indirect grilling to 350°–400Β°F, oil grates.
4. Place thighs skin-side down over direct heat, cover, and grill for 5 minutes.
5. Move thighs to indirect heat, cover, and cook 8 minutes.
6. Flip thighs and return to direct heat, cover, and cook 5 minutes.
7. Move thighs back to indirect heat, cover, and cook another 8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.

Plate with fresh mint sprigs and sliced citrus fruits.
