Prairie Street’s kosher Branzino fillet
Kosher salt

Lemon

Olive oil
Gremolata Sauce
1 Bunch of flat leaf parsley finely chopped
1 Garlic clove thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Lemon zest
Finely chop the parsley, mix in garlic and lemon zest, and add a light drizzle of olive oil
1 Bunch watercress
1 Avocado
½ Cup of pomegranate seeds
1 Roasted yellow onion
1 Head of roasted garlic
6 Cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
½ lemon juiced
