

Our Cowboy Ribeye Steak is a thick, bone-in ribeye that has been masterfully cut by our butchers. While its bone is a bit shorter than the Tomahawk’s, the Cowboy otherwise mirrors the same tender, juicy, well-marbled flavor. Best cooked on the grill or roasted using the reverse sear technique.
